User-friendly

Completely seperated from glue pump:

The control unit can be installed somewhere in the upper part of the machine or close to machines control panel. It does not have any contact to compressed air, water or glue.

No throttling of compressed air:

Pump output is set and stored via clock frequency.

Glue tray ATB

The glue tray is pushed over the gluing shaft by means of a guide tube and covers the entire diameter of the glue roller.

Easy to retrofit, checks presence or content of applied label.

Label recognition: Via optical photo sensors or image sensors

Installation: Creates it's own pulse signals and works self-sufficient to the machine controls. Therefore also detects label faults if bottle was not recognized by the labeling machine.

Advantages: Can also be retrofitted to machines without PLC; Does not require pulse signals from the labeling machine; Number of missing labels to machine stop adjustable; User-friendly

The ideal machine for small capacities to label cylindrical vessels with diameter from 30mm to 120mm. Different diameters are easy to adjust via movable railings and adjustable roll on belt, without changing format parts.
